DAVALTSEV. «Descendant of the Davalets». The Russian
nickname Davalets is derived from the outdated Russian
word davalets (давалец) – «one who makes an order to a craftsman,
tailor, laundress»; «the customer who provides his material for the manufacture
of some product, commodity».
